New Bypass Highway of Georgia
The North-South transit corridor, which runs through Russia to Georgia, will be replenished with a new highway leading directly to the state border. The bypass route for year-round freight traffic will be 23 km; it will start from Kvesheti and end in Kobe.
The highway will accept traffic without restrictions. Cargo delivery to Russia from Georgia and Armenia is carried out through a military highway – a 40-kilometer road leading through the mountains, which passes only 3,500 vehicles and often closes due to collapses.
The Kvesheti-Kobi highway will have 2 lanes, 5 tunnels, 6 bridges (including arched).
The company “Stabline” organizes fast transport from Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan, and also helps with customs control and storage of goods.
