Certificates of conformity issued in the EEA countries are not required for presentation to customs
The department of customs infrastructure is working on a project that regulates the algorithm for obtaining information on certificates of compliance issued in one of the countries of the EAEC. Creation of a single information space will allow effective cooperation of business and state representatives in legal, organizational, semantic and technical fields. The use of the database makes it possible to obtain the necessary information from the electronic systems of the countries participating in the Union. If the carriage of goods from Europe to China is carried out through the territory of Russia, then a document confirming compliance with established norms is presented only once.
At the moment, a procedure for public discussion of the prepared document takes place on the Legal portal of the customs department. Once the Customs Code Agreement comes into force, it can be applied.
The company “Stabline”, for a long time carrying out international cargo transportation from Europe, guarantees the high quality of services provided and the solution of customs issues.
